Wave

We said goodbye on the platform. Every moment that passed I tried to savour, to take in every last bit of everything that I was looking at. Tracing the outlines of the objects around me, studying the light and colours, framing each glance like a photograph. To truly live in that moment and try to keep it. I did not want to go back to where I had to go. But I had to go. So as the tidal wave of time pushed me further from where I wanted to be, I clung to every second and pretended that I could do the impossible. That I could stop time and stay there forever.

EMMA

Penguin have come up with the great idea of selling classic books with blank covers.
This means you can then draw your own version of the cover; making a unique gift.
